Palsource 

The behavior of habitually requesting a friend or acquaintance to make a small purchase (drink, candy bar, pack of cigarettes) on one's behalf, with the implication that the act will be reciprocated, while in fact the implied reciprocation is unlikely to take place - knowingly or unknowingly.

John is such a leech, always palsourcing smokes.
