A person from India who drives a big rig 18-wheeler in the United States, but has no knowledge of the local driving laws and ordinances.

"Did you see that wreck on the interstate highway? A Pajeeterbilt was going the wrong way on I-95 and caused a huge crash. Dude definitely doesn't have a valid CDL."
