basically having an error of speech, memory or physical action. it can occur during

an internal train of thought. It is also reffered as a Freudian slip.

paraperaxis 

noun, plural par·a·prax·es par-uh-prak-seez. Psychology. a slip of the tongue or pen, forgetfulness, misplacement of objects, or other error thought to reveal unconscious wishes or attitudes.Also known as parapraxis, these slips supposedly reveal secret thoughts and feelings that people hold. Typical examples include an individual calling their spouse by an ex's name, saying the wrong word, or even misinterpreting a written or spoken word.

When you or someone else is feeling attacked by a racist person. Everything they say is considered racist towards them.

Black Person: They're safe because they're white!
White person: False! Everyone is in danger. Stop having Pararacism!
