Papierphobia is a fear of someone ripping paper really close to your ears. People who have Papierphobia tend to get mad and scared when someone rips paper right beside their ear. It is not a joke. It’s an actual phobia.
Similar to anatidaephobia, the fear of being watched by a duck. Pápiaphobia is the fear of ducks in general, “Pápia” coming from the Greek word for “Duck,” “Phobia” meaning an extreme or irrational fear from or of something.
Amy had Pápiaphobia due to being bitten by a duck a few years ago.
