One who suffers from delusions of extreme self-worth and superhuman abilities. A legend in his own mind. Similar to Narcissism, but worse. One who suffers from Paulism also can't help but overload the internet with self-portraits. A camera whore of sorts. Made popular by a Hawaiian skin diver of small stature and a huge head.
