It is the drug PANtazocine injected by SYRringe. So the "pan" part of the drug name becomes pancackes and the "syr"part of the word syringe becomes syrup. The drug is a sythetic opiate usy mixed with lactate in injectable form to cauae pain at injecton site to dissuade abuse
