Outster:

Outsters are a subculture of men and women with a deep appreciation of; nature, environment, ecosystems and being outdoors, preferring to spend their time, leisure or otherwise, at activities such as hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, surfing, snowboarding or other physically demanding outdoor activities.

Tending to be educated, intelligent, and engaged with society an outster strives to lead a healthy and productive lifestyle while contributing in various ways to sustainability of natural resources and our planet.
It is not uncommon to find an outster who was an athlete in mainstream competitive sports that through injury, boredom, disillusionment or simple love of nature has turned to these activities. Others have simply always had this mindset.
The social philosophy of the outster is to protect and nurture natural settings and frowns on apathy or disregard towards protecting the environment and our world.

outstep 

When someone is out stepping the rest of the people in the group look wise. They might dress really nice, wear nice make up, do their hair nice, or just step out of the dress code norms to look so good.

ex 1:

girl 1: “IS THAT VANESSA??”

girl 2: “yup, always outstepping us”

ex 2:

guy 1: “Vanessa looks so good right now..”

guy 2: “yup, such an outstep”

When someone has over stepped the mark and you think by god that was out of line. This is really a lazy term for the rooislip massive instead of 'your out of order' it's just your OUTTERS!
