Oogoo

Often said in a fit of anger and/or frustration when attempting to yell "Goof!" An Oogoo is an idiotic, senseless individual who tends to be completely oblivious of their surroundings, and profoundly lacks all spatial awareness.

(As a cyclist thoughtlessly drifts into oncoming traffic): "Wake up and watch out, you fucking Oogoo!"
