OOBE

Out-Of-Box-Experience (OOBE) is a terribly broken setup file that starts after you install Windows. Windows 10's OOBE is the worst by far. When you skip the OOBE for Windows 10, on restart the computer will enter Boot Options instead of Windows 10.

A term I coined in 1994 which refers to being lifted or ejected from a kite buggy, unexpectedly.
Out Of Buggy Experience.

Steve found himself suddenly floating 20 feet above his buggy, only to land in a unceremoniously heap, 30 feet downwind. This was his first OOBE!
