Generally populated by people suffering from economic depression, debt and the results of overdosing on anti-depression pills mixed with quantities of various unknown substances which create in Obamaville inhabitants the illusion of accomplishing great deeds while camping on asphalt or concrete.

Obamaville Syrup 

A syrup with a thick consistency, typically financed by food stamps, Obama care and musical parodies of Margaritaville. It is also the kind of realistic drip (epic coolness but also realism) exhibited by poor people who beat the system .
