NSWPA = Not Safe With Parents Around
It is a derivative of NSFW. Sometimes the content you view or send is not necessarily NSFW but just inappropriate when viewing them in front of your parents. For instance watching random and dumb memes in front of your parents wouldn't be NSFW but NSWPA. There's also an overlap NSFW (mostly) is NSWPA but not the other way around.

NWPA

North Western Pennsylvania. A historic and scenic area. For those who actually live here we refer to the area as a "shithole". Some areas are also heavily populated my Amish refered to by locals as "Newts". Most people who do happen to live here seek to leave the area as it is depressed and jobless. Much of what was once in the area is now gone or on a heavy decline.

I live in North West PA. What a shithole!

But NWPA is such a nice place to visit.
