Nivon is the nicest, gentle, thoughtful person ever. Nivon is the living truth of being sweet(nice). He doubts people see him that way but people love how nice and positive he is. Originated from The Simpsons character professor Frink, that ends his mad scientist rants using the phrase noiven-kahoiven or some variant of it, possibly caused by tourretes. Used to describe someone or something that is or looks especially nerdy. A major noiven is someone who particularly has many of the same characteristics or features of professor Frink. Noiven does not have a designated connotation; it can be used or taken many ways.
