A basterdization of no shizzle sherlizzle (no shit sherlock), which loosely means "no shit my friend"
As they were walking down the street, Duncan exclaimed to his buddy Rasheed, "Hey look at dat guy about to get runned over by dat garbage truck -- I bet dats gonna hurt!" Rasheed, duely impressed by his dimwitted friend's powers of observation and his ability to grasp a blinding glimpse of the obvious, replied, "no shizzle my frizzle."
