A musical meme, usually before a studio session when software are just taking violently long to load up when the artists just fuck around. Many times this is how inside jokes form. the term was coined by failed rapper Pistol P3te when on Patrick Nemaizer/3mbrace's Instagram live when he witnessed a Neme in the making and took the opportunity to capitalize on the funny moment by putting his input into "pat neems laughs and memes" a novelty album
