Is a homosexual term referring to short dicked local fisherman who get a little upset when out of towners steal their fishing thunder and steal signs to put in white trash musuems around the nation.

"I was trying to fish naked, I had nothing but few bags and some kilbasa sandwiches. All of the sudden a couple mupears came and shaved my pubic hairs and stole the 6 4inch carp I had caught that week."
