achieved by typing the top row of letters from left to right, and the bottom row from right to left, alternating the two before running out of letters for the bottom row, and repositioning to the middle row. alternate from the middle and top row until the top row runs out. from there, the sequence is completed after alternating keys in the middle row from the outsides in.
