A descriptive noun used for a moderator and/or monitor of on-line chat rooms, message boards or blogs who doesn't possess the wit or intelligence to recognize obviously sarcastic humorous posts and summarily removes them.
"Can you believe they pulled my joke about Haiti's military threat to the USA? The moduhrator must need another power drink."
