Given the wrong definition.

"America" is often misdefined as a country, when it is actually two continents.

When someone defines a term on Urban Dictionary wrong on purpose to fool others. Frowned upon.

Jimmy: Wait, what does S&M mean again? *Checks Urbandictionary* Spaghetti and Meatballs? Oh yeah...
