The act of thinking you know it all when you don’t, because you’re too young to know it all.

Alienating co-workers or people in general around you due to your arrogance and ego of “knowing it all” when you don’t.

The self-absorbed ideology of the meaning of life when you don’t know anything but what your few years on this planet has allowed you to learn.

His millenialism kept me from being able to truly connect with him as a proper peer.

Otherwise known as Generation Y, or the internet generation (iGen), Millenials are people born between the years of 1980 and 1995. Millenials are often "echo boomers" (their parents were part of the baby boom), and they are often extremely tech-savvy.

When a millennial explains something to you in expansive yet naive and sometimes incorrect detail, failing to recognize your expertise and expansive knowledge of the subject. Often followed by concern that any attempted clarification of their explanation is a misunderstanding of their absolute wisdom and is a sign of early dementia.
