A conversational jab that was intentionally acted out to. This question compliment or statement was intended to emulate hatred, disinterest, disrespect or to provoke or instigate (stur up) sabotage drama in a relationship or commonplace human interaction.
The golden rule was always treat others how you want to be treated.

Becky: chad.. Did I tell you about this total bitch at my job she keeps giving me these back handed compliments to me.
Chad: that's probobaly micro-aggression, its her way of emulating her disrespect towards you without taking responsibility for it.. she probably hates you, just doesn't want to get in trouble. Look.. if the situation gets any worse talk to human resources. It will all be fine.

A word used to describe racism, sexism, or any type of prejudice to a group of individuals or an individual. It is often not directly clear so individuals who are not part of that group often do not catch or understand it. But don’t be naive people often do use micro-aggressions because it’s easier not to get caught.
Micro-aggression examples:
*Homophobia*
Girl: I’m Gay
Boy: You don’t look Gay
*Racism*
-Black dude walks on sidewalk towards WG-
-White Girl runs to opposite sidewalk clutching her purse-

The act of intentionally entrapping someone into committing what an overly sensitive person would consider a micro aggression.
That moustachioed woman, dressed in a suit, and wearing a bowler, got upset when i called her “sir.” That’s a micro passive aggression.
