It's a food made of corn flour, water and salt on heat. Every romanian household has at least one person who knows how to cook mămăligă, and believe me, it's delicious and it can replace the bread.
"Grandma, do we really have nothing to eat?"
"No, my child, but don't worry, I'll make you a mămăligă!"
