The act of being obsessed with Miley Cyrus, so much so that people think you are a lesbian. However, since you are not attracted to any other girl besides Miley, you are a milesbian. This word also applies to people who love Miley for the sole purpose of staring at her legs, and are completely turned off by her music and personality.
