Saying some ridiculous unfunny pun which has no actual meaning other than a play on words. similar to a malaprop, but said intentionally just to see if people are actually listening. Example saying that someone suffered a "mighteyo collabular infraction" instead of a "Myocardial infarction" or simply a heart attack, would give me cause to "ljthmsl"
