Lil kippfan, is a fan of one of our teachers at school, kipp. (if that wasn't obvious enough). "Lil kippfan" can be used both ways, positive and negative. It is mostly considered to be negative, though.
FYI: Kipp is a cruel, mean, and sadistic teacher at our school. She emails our parents in a cruel way if we don't finish our homework. Kipp is also just generally mean for no reason at all.
