When a person A has no fungible interest or reason to to populate topic B (in this case LGBTQ) in their mind, reading the word LGBTQ sounds like LGHDTV+ because the whole topic seems like a marketing pitch.
just like the words HD and USB are common acronyms that we do not think about you could also compare these words with one another because they have no real meaning anymore, they just stand for something.
