A serious condition where eating too many citrus fruits can cause many painful oral canker sores, typically on the gums but also on the tongue.

Ben: I had lemonade yesterday and now I got another canker sore. I really should get this lemongitis checked out.

Be careful my grandma has lemongitis don’t want her to fall it can end up very badly.
