An extreme narcisist who thinks that looks are all that matter to the opposite sex, so they do not bother developing any social skills. Often times they will wear attention grabbing outfits to emphasize their presence. Once members of the opposite sex are drawn to them, they are quickly turned off due to their lack of ability to hold a conversation.
