KNOBSHINE 

Another word for calling someone a knobhead, but taking it to the next level. Used in a sentence towards someone who is getting on your nerves or to attract attention to someone who is pretending to be their friend but they're that knobheadish(adj of scouse word knobhead-american version and rest of UK dickhead) , that they haven't realized yet.

Scenairio-Fat fred has lived and grew up next to Garry his next door neighbour. Gary has other friends who don't live in the same street.
