Knatschig 

When shes in that mood, that moody mood that makes her feel.... moody

If someone is at a state he or she can't decide of or why she should be mad and just precautionally gets that stinky attitude you have when waking up.

It can be described as whiny or just being in an undefinable bad mood being angry for no particular reason, but because of everything.

Often seen in Girls such as Ranzi or other specimen, you are doing good if you don't come too close and try to calm the subject as best as you can before leaving their surrounding QUICKLY
