When someone kisses you but you do not want to. So when people say that they saw you kissing someone, you say that you were kissed raped by someone that forced a kiss.

Kiss raper: Give us a kiss love! (does'nt wait for an answer but sticks his toungue down your throat).

People: We saw to kissing that guy over there. What was he like?

Me: It was awful he kiss raped me.

Kiss rape is a usually a joking phrase referring to forced kisses. You do not have to say no to kiss rape for it to be declared kiss rape. Like, if some random stranger kisses you with out letting you say anything, you could declare it kiss rape.

The kiss rapist is usually male and wasted, but the kiss rapist can also be female and sober. Most don't know the (usually) drunk people that are kiss raping them, but you could be on a date, be platonic friends with, or even be dating the kiss rapist.

Kiss rape is not technically illegal, but can be declared sexual harrasment. It is usually not taken seriously because, as previously stated, it is usually taken as a joke. So if you were to walk up to the cops and say "This guy kiss raped me!", they will probably laugh at you.

Mikaela was sitting at a table chatting with her friends, when a stranger came up to her and kissed her. Her friend Amalia asked if she was dating that guy. Mikaela replied with, "No, he just kiss raped me."

Lauren was talking to her friend when he swiftly leaned in and kiss her. She pushed him off and screamed "KISS RAPE!" at the top of her lungs and ran away.

Holly put her head down in shame. "I can't believe I'm dating a kiss rapist." She shook her head and walked away.
