Killbrae

-Another name for Millbrae, CA.

-A self-mocking term for Millbrae residents.

-A nickname used to express how awesome Millbrae is.

Since the first publication, "Killbrae" has been used in common slang to refer to the town. It has been put on t-shirts, used in songs, and put on show flyers.

Thought up by arp, and birkle (of Millbrae) while on the train (back to Millbrae). They thought it was funny, since Millbrae has a lot of punk kids who think they're all hard and ish, but they're not.

"Killbrae's streets are hard as nails".

Kilby Girl

A quirky girl with a killer aesthetic that belongs to a niche subculture born within the conservative landscape of Utah. Not straight, a little unhinged, deeply depressed and outcast from society, the only time she feels alive is when she's at a Kilby Court concert. For her live music is a top priority she will gladly spend her last 10$ on a concert ticket even if she doesn't know the bands. She's able to name more local bands than mainstream bands and her playlists are fire. Her Instagram story will always have her Spotify music posted and she apologizes for it too often. She's often adorned with multiple piercings, some weed, and cigarette perfume. The clothes she wears can't be found in a department store, she only thrifts.
