Saying a word with emphasis, heart, or any strong feeling.

Can also be the act of saying or pronouncing a word as if it were typed in caps.

Commas can also add Kazmatics to a sentence.

Joy says "I like toes"

Rachel says "Now say it like you mean it, say it with a little KAZMATICS in your voice"
Joy responds "I LIKE toes! I LOVE TOES! I have STONG FEELINGS about the way toes LOOK, and SMELL, and TASTE, and how they FEEL when other toes BRUSH up against mine!"
