Korttany is a different name or spelling but sounds like a Courtney. Similar to a Courtney, this person is beautiful, intelligent, and just an all around an amazing person. Nice to be around and easy to love. As easy as she is to love, she is easy to hate. A Korttany is easy to fall in love with but is known to be a heart breaker.
