an ancient and offensive ukrainian slur for russians that ask for it (never used with no reason), mostly used by western and central region of the country, rarely used generally as it is almost an archaism

A: russians launched another missile, get to bomb shelter!
B: Air raids all over the region, we better hide ASAP.
