A term used to describe an area where an above average amount of black people hang out (usually two or more). Often used by raciest white people in a derogatory manner.

Mason: " How was Wild Willy's last night"

Jen: " It was Niggville in there"

A Cadillac, particuarly one that is at least 20 years old and looks like a pimpmobile (see pimpmobile)

JIGGILLAC, The pimp rolled through the hood on his 22 inch rims in his JIGGILLAC.
