When someone rubs there hands together; similarly to how you would rub your hands when your cold. You are simulating "Jew Hands" or the physical manifestation of the raw desire of money in the Jews heart. Made famous by Mr. Burns on the television show THE SIMPSONS.

DOC: I found a dollar on the ground did anyone drop it?

Jabora: Yeah Its mine...

Duff: Man thats a lie.... look he's doing "Jew Hands" as we speak.
