jack apple

Jack apple was the term used by British sailors in the 1800s for the apples that were kept on the ship that were kept fresh by floating in a barrel of rum. The sailors would eat the apples, and if they ate more than one a day, they would become "jack appled." As it moved onto modern times, a jack apple became slang for a dottering fool.

Words you can keep

Jack Apple

a group of guy's doing stupid and sometimes dangerous stunts/pranks and film them in home-made video form, uploading them to either Youtube and/or Faebook.

The crew usually consists of teens ages 14-17. The show has three consistent members, Antony Melnichenko, David Cantwell and Andrew Tweedy.

Similar and inspired by the well known show 'Jackass'. Indecently, Jackass informs people not to mimic them.
Antony: (Flipping off the camera) This is Jack Apple!

Jack Apple Chin

Not to be confused with the whiskey of the same name, this is a special alternative term to describe dimpled chins instead of "Butt Chin". Unlike "Butt Chin", this new term describes how the cleft chin itself is more shaped like an apple instead of the human buttocks, as with how the verticle cleft within the chin also resembles a vertical cut within an apple just like a Jack O' Lantern. "Jack" in this saying is meant to reference how apples are often actually used as Jack O' Lanterns sometimes instead of pumpkins.
Look dude, instead of making fun of my cleft chin and saying how much it looks like a butt, how about you just call it a "Jack Apple Chin" instead?

apple jack defense

The apple jack defense is responding to a question with "it just is".
"You know how in the Apple Jack commercials when asked how the cereal is good even though it doesn't taste like apples the response is "it just is". That's the main precept behind the Apple Jack defense, which MIKE constantly employs."

apple jack

A traditionally American liquor distilled from fermented apple cider, traditionally using a method known as freeze distillation, in which cold temperatures are used to freeze out the water in the 5-7% alcohol cider to the point that it is 40-50% alcohol. Prior to the required pasteurization, the hard cider base could be made simply by leaving store bought cider (kept in a glass jug with a metal cap, to allow airflow) in the sun. With modern sterile cider, both sugar and yeast must be added.

Unpasteurized cider may still be bought from farmers and hippies, but champagne yeast is already available, and there are countless recipes available on the Internet that will have your average high school alcoholic brewing his own alcohol in minutes.
Apple Jack can be made year round using store bought ingredients. The extreme cold needed to freeze alcohol (-117 deg. Celsius, really fucking cold!) means you don't even need a freezer; dry ice, available from behind the counter in many grocery stores, may simply be soaked in the yeasty beer to collect water ice.

Apple JacK-off's

Term coined(by my bro MMV) to describe the people who work at Apple stores. These fucking tools willl do everything in their power to NOT help you, and leave hanging out to dry. They walk around with their stupid ipod's and think they are the best thing to come along since the horseless carriage. You can get put on some list to get help , but there is no rhyme or reason to how one can get on said list. They walk past you if you need help into the back room where the gents service each others manhoods. The service needless to say eats dick just like the fucking nerds who work there, not to be critical just sayin'.
I'm dreading going to the Apple Store cause I don't wannna deal with those fucking Apple Jack-off's

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
