Insuffient

A catastrophic misspelling of “insufficient” repeated with such remarkable frequency that, through the established linguistic principle of “fuck it, we use it now,” it has effectively been elevated into a completely legitimate word.

While originally a typo, “insuffient” is now commonly interpreted as a portmanteau of “insufficient” and “insufferable,” meaning insufficiently insufferable.

Usage: Something is insuffient when it fails to meet the minimum required level of being insufferable, annoying, inadequate, or generally a problem.

Etymology
First documented in the workforce after an unidentified individual attempted to spell “insufficient” and somehow regularly removed the letters “ci,” presumably due to a sudden and irreversible decline in linguistic competence.

Linguists initially classified “insuffient” as a simple typographical error. However, further analysis revealed that the missing “ci” may stand for Confidence Index, suggesting that the typist's confidence in their ability to spell the word had fallen below the minimum threshold required to retain those letters.
