Ignobliss - a truncation of the phrase "ignorance is bliss". The happy/unaware state one is in from lack of true knowledge of their situation.

Look at Jane over there, smiling and laughing with her best friend, Sally. Jane is in ignobliss and has no idea, Sally slept with Jane's boyfriend and gave him herpes.
