Acronym for "In All Your Copious Free Time." Used ruefully to acknowledge that the the the speaker/writer acknowledges that you are already busy, even as the request is being made. Alliteratively, a third party can use the term sympathetically to indicate that s/he understands that you were already too busy when someone added yet another task to your workload.
