Acronym for "In All Your Copious Free Time." Used ruefully to acknowledge that the the the speaker/writer acknowledges that you are already busy, even as the request is being made. Alliteratively, a third party can use the term sympathetically to indicate that s/he understands that you were already too busy when someone added yet another task to your workload.

Hey, I know you’ve got that chapter of the technical report due COB today, plus you’re in client meetings all day, but IAYCFT, can you also migrate the last 6 years of data to a new platform? Great! Thanks!

Acronym for "In All My Copious Free Time." Used when complaining to a friend or trusted colleague that you were just given yet another task, in spite of already being quite busy. May also be used ruefully with whomever assigned the task to draw attention to how busy one is, but without suggesting refusal to take responsibility for the task.

Why, sure, I’m happy to squeeze in that 3-hour task IAMCFT at the end of this 14-hour work day. Sleep is for losers!
