the stereotypical way the homeless or insane asylum inmates are portrayed; completely incognizant of one's appearance, or how one appears to others;

the way one looks when he knows NO ONE (not even family, spouses, best friends, or lovers), other than a pet, will see what he looks like.

I didn't come to the door because I was looking kind of house crazy.

I avoid that neighbor, because he's a little house crazy!

Sweetie, it's hard for me to come home after a long day, to find you home, in rollers and old sweats, looking house crazy.

2. A brand of Malt Liquor brewed by the G. Heileman Brewing company from 1992 till they got sued over the name in the late 1990's. It was the tastiest of the Malt Liquors I had had as a poor college student.

Of all the Malt Liquors I have had, ie.. Mickeys, Old E, St Ides, Schlitz and Crazy Horse; Crazy Horse is by far the best tasting.
