Hoops to jump through to get something done. Commonly found in a large political office where many stake holders requires one to jump through hoops to get something from them.

Today's project planning meeting required a ton of hoopsu to get everyone on the same page.

When I finally found the title to an old video game that I enjoyed during my early youth I couldn't help jumping through hoops of happiness!
