The stinging pain associated with taint rash. Caused by the contstant rubbing of your inner thighs while walking or hiking in hot weather.

Oh man, I have the worst hoop burn right now. It was so f'ing hot and humid today, and we walked for like 8 miles. The inside of my thighs look like red gummy fish.
