when u use a pair of already worn or skid marked(shit marked) whitey tighties and sneek up behind some one and put the back of the underwear right in their face. u pull bac on the underwear and either duct tape or tie it their so the victim can not get it undone.

my friends gave me a head wedgie and tied my hands togetherand left me their for bout a half hour. and this was his football underwear.
