Hangling 

A combination of the words "hanging" and "dangling," it is often used to describe the precarious situation of hanging, or dangling, off something.
"Look at that scrotum, just hangling there."

"I was hangling off the edge of the cliff. Then I yelled "Oh my God, 'hangling' is such a good word!""
