Someone who’s super socially awkward but thinks that they’re above others because they try to do everything that one guy does. He/she makes fun of others in an effort to raise their own status. However, it ends up being funny for everyone involved except the goaf.

He thought he would cool by calling someone a pledge but instead made himself look like a goaf.
