If a person has the giggles and cannot stop themselves from doing so they can be said to be feeling rather gigglish.

ginglish 

A language in its own right, ginglish is a fluid and dynamic attempt to communicate in German without a substantive competance in the language, leading to a sort of 'cross-pollenation' of the two which neither side fully understands.

A few examples of Ginglish:

Gigglis is the inability to cease giggling in the event one is stoned (under influence of the marijuana)

Usually experienced by individuals who do not regularly smoke pot.

Guy 1: "John don't get too stoned, not a competition haha"
Guy 2: "I can handle my friging marijuana Frank"
