Geft

When the boy in a boy-girl (straight) relationship, leaves the girl for a guy. Geft! G(gay)eft (left). Left for gay. Can also be used for girls who leave boys for girls, only if identified as gay (not lesbian etc.)

Did you hear? Brianna just got geft! Yeah, her boyfriend just went gay for Jackson.
