They basically are a generation of pussies that over-react, complain, demand everything, have no patience and expect to win or be first in whatever they do. You can't talk back to them or they will accuse you of harassment, you can't correct them or they will accuse you of bullying them, and whatever you do, never tell them they are wrong!!
